Launches Converged.AI Suite and Unveils Next-Gen Video Tool ‘Vermeer’

Havas has announced a significant update in its transition to AI-led operations across its global network, unveiling a fully AI-powered product suite and a range of next-generation tools aimed at enhancing client outcomes through smarter data and technology integration.

At the 2024 Cannes Lions, the group had committed to a €400 million investment over four years into data, technology, and artificial intelligence. Now, with this vision taking shape, Havas has introduced Converged.AI-its new global strategy and operating system. This platform brings together talent, tools, and technology to deliver fully integrated communication solutions. The group has reaffirmed its investment commitment through 2027.

Entering the second year of its AI strategy, Havas is now focused on evolving its agent-enabled capabilities into a human-led agentic ecosystem-scalable across the organisation to enable faster, client-centric solutions.

Converged Activate (Targeting & Activation)

Uses large language models (LLMs) to create compliant, privacy-first audience segments that integrate with platforms like Google, Meta, Amazon, and regional providers such as TF1 and ITV.

Converged Measure (Analytics)

Powered by CSA, Havas’ global analytics consultancy, this tool merges measurement methodologies using machine learning and calibration experiments to improve attribution accuracy.

Converged Agentic Reporting (Dynamic Intelligence)

A suite of AI agents capable of writing code, extracting and visualising data, and building real-time dashboards based on natural language input.

Converged AI Designer (Planning & Decisioning)

Combines CSA’s analytics with real-time reporting tools to forecast outcomes and assist with AI-driven decision-making.

Converged Content (Content Personalization)

Leverages Havas’ partnership with Adobe to deliver scalable, personalised content within the Converged.AI framework.

A major highlight of the rollout is Vermeer, an AI-powered video and visual production platform developed by Prose on Pixels. Designed for practical agency use, Vermeer blends advanced AI capabilities with human creativity to deliver more consistent, efficient, and high-quality content production.
