RED FM Returns with Season 2 of ‘Meme Machao’ to Celebrate India’s Meme Culture

RED FM, one of India’s leading radio and entertainment networks, has announced the launch of Season 2 of its nationwide campaign, Meme Machao. This unique initiative aims to spotlight India’s thriving meme-making community by recognising emerging talent and showcasing the creativity, humour, and cultural relevance that define internet memes today.

The campaign is currently live across 36 cities, from Delhi to DehradunMumbai to MuzaffarpurKolkata to Kanpur, and Jaipur to Jhansi. It offers a platform for aspiring meme creators, digital satirists, and internet humourists from across the country to participate and gain national recognition.

Participants can submit their entries by collaborating with @mememachaoOfficial and uploading their content via the Meme Machao microsite. Top entries stand a chance to win cash prizes of up to ₹1 lakh.

A panel of distinguished judges-featuring some of India’s top meme page administrators-will review the submissions. The jury includes Tushar Sukhramani (Sarcastic US)Shivani Mishra (The Indian Memes)Manik Thatai (Nagarpalika Memes), and Suril Jain (Trolls Official). Their deep expertise in meme culture brings authenticity and sharp evaluation to the contest.

Speaking on the launch, Nisha Narayanan, Director & COO, RED FM & Magic FM, said, “Memes are more than jokes-they’re cultural commentary and digital storytelling.
