The initiative saw over 500 potholes fixed and more than 7,000 sq. ft. of damaged roads restored in high-traffic zones.
To mark its 10th anniversary, CARS24 chose civic action over conventional celebrations. The autotech platform repaired over 500 potholes and restored more than 7,000 square feet of damaged roads across high-traffic areas in India, focusing on locations with high accident and vehicle damage risks.
“For a brand built on mobility, roads are everything. Fixing them was our way of giving back,” said Gajendra Jangid, Co-founder, CARS24. He highlighted how potholes-though often overlooked-cause daily disruptions, from delays and damage to safety hazards.
As part of the initiative, CARS24 also installed impactful road signs in multiple cities, promoting awareness with messages like, “Don’t drink and drive. Someone is waiting at home,” and “Drive slow, this is not GTA.”
The effort has drawn praise on LinkedIn, Instagram, and within the advertising industry for prioritising real-world impact over performative campaigns.
Jangid added, “Trust in mobility is built through action, not just words.” The company confirmed that this is not a one-off effort—the initiative will continue under the ‘Crashfree India’ banner, expanding into a long-term push for better mobility infrastructure nationwide.
