UNIQLO India has unveiled its latest campaign, Everyday Wear for Mr. Dependable, featuring cricket icon Rahul Dravid, celebrating the seamless blend of style and functionality in everyday fashion. Reflecting UNIQLO’s LifeWear philosophy-clothing made to improve daily life-the campaign highlights the versatility of two key pieces: the AIRism Polo Shirt and the Super Non Iron Shirt.
The campaign captures Dravid in two everyday avatars. One is the coach-calm, focused, and practical-wearing the breathable AIRism Polo Shirt at the nets. The other is the off-duty family man, dressed in the polished Super Non Iron Shirt as he heads out for dinner. Through a clever split-screen interaction between these two sides of Dravid, the campaign reinforces the idea that UNIQLO offers dependable style for all moments.
Speaking about the association, Dravid shared, “UNIQLO aligns with my personal philosophy-simple, consistent, and comfortable. Whether on the field or spending time with family, their clothes fit perfectly into my day.”
Nidhi Rastogi, Marketing Director, UNIQLO India, added, “Rahul Dravid is the embodiment of quiet confidence and reliability-values at the heart of UNIQLO. This campaign is our way of showing how LifeWear supports modern, everyday life.”
Launching across digital, social, outdoor, and in-store touchpoints from August 18, the campaign also includes a unique AR experience at UNIQLO’s new store in Orion Mall, Bengaluru. Opening on August 29, the store will offer an interactive virtual encounter with a life-sized Rahul Dravid, blending technology with fashion like never before.
