L’Oréal Paris has unveiled the latest instalment of its global Lessons of Worth series, featuring long-time brand ambassador Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Staying true to the brand’s iconic message-“Because I’m worth it”-the campaign takes on the modern-day challenge of self-worth in the age of social media.
In the powerful new film, Aishwarya addresses how online validation-through likes, shares, and comments-can distort self-perception. She urges viewers, especially women, to look inward and build confidence rooted in self-belief rather than external approval.
The Lessons of Worth campaign is a global initiative by L’Oréal Paris, designed to confront societal pressures and champion themes of resilience, individuality, and self-esteem-especially for women navigating today’s digital-first world.
“Today, a large percentage of Indian women’s self-worth is negatively impacted by social media. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s edition of the Lessons of Worth series addresses this issue head-on,” said Dario Zizzi, General Manager, L’Oréal Paris India.
The initiative has previously featured global icons such as Viola Davis, Kate Winslet, Helen Mirren, Eva Longoria, and Jane Fonda, each sharing personal reflections on what the brand’s signature tagline means to them.
With this campaign, L’Oréal Paris continues to expand its role-not just as a beauty brand-but as a platform for conversations that matter to women, encouraging them to find strength in their own voice and self-worth.
