Edelman India has rolled out a new offering-GCC Advisory Services-aimed at supporting Global Capability Centers (GCCs) as they establish or scale operations in the country. The service is designed to help these centers sharpen their positioning as innovation hubs for global enterprises.
The new practice will support GCCs in shaping their India narrative through three core pillars:
- Building employer brand value to attract top talent in a competitive landscape.
- Crafting internal narratives that bridge global culture with local ambition.
- Telling innovation stories rooted in India but resonating globally.
“India’s GCCs are no longer back offices-they’re now central to shaping innovation, accelerating digital transformation, and building future-ready capabilities for the world’s leading companies,” said Bhavna Jagtiani, CEO, Edelman India.
She added, “Over the last year, our cross-functional teams have advised GCCs across fintech, biotech, energy, and retail. This new offering will formalize that expertise, helping centers build reputation, enhance stakeholder trust, and amplify the impact of their innovation agendas.”
Edelman’s move comes amid a surge in GCC activity across India, with several multinational firms strengthening their technology and R&D footprints in cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, and Gurgaon.
By offering strategic counsel rooted in communications, brand building, and stakeholder engagement, Edelman aims to position itself as a long-term partner to these innovation-led centers.
