boAt has appointed Gaurav Nayyar as its new CEO, succeeding co-founder Sameer Mehta, who transitions to Executive Director to focus on long-term strategy. Nayyar, previously COO with over 20 years of experience, will lead the brand’s next phase of growth, innovation, and market leadership. Co-founder Aman Gupta will continue as Non-Executive Director, overseeing brand vision and marketing. The leadership change comes as boAt explores a potential IPO, following its recent confidential pre-filing with SEBI.
