Prime Video India has introduced the NBA League Pass as an add-on subscription, offering fans live and on-demand access to basketball games, highlights, and replays. This is the first time the service is available in India via Prime Video, further strengthening the platform’s premium sports offerings.
In addition, Prime Video will stream select marquee NBA games as part of the standard Prime Membership. This includes Opening Week, the Black Friday Doubleheader, NBA Berlin and London Games, and the 2026 SoFi NBA Play-In Tournament.
The NBA League Pass offers over 1,000 games per season and full access to NBA TV, with multiple subscription options:
- League Pass – Rs 219/month, access to all games on one device.
- League Pass Premium – Rs 329/month, access on up to three devices, offline viewing, and in-arena feeds.
- Team Pass – Rs 199/month, tailored for fans following a single team.
The 2025–26 NBA season will begin streaming on October 25, featuring an opening doubleheader: New York Knicks vs. Boston Celtics and Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Los Angeles Lakers.
To enhance the viewing experience, Prime Video Sports has launched NBA on Prime Studio, with a preview at Amazon MGM Studios, Culver City, California. The studio will feature basketball legends including Blake Griffin, Dirk Nowitzki, Steve Nash, Dwyane Wade, Candace Parker, alongside host Taylor Rooks and announcer Ian Eagle.
With NBA League Pass, Prime Video expands access to global basketball, delivering a complete and immersive experience for Indian fans.
