inDrive, the world’s second most downloaded ride-hailing app, has launched a global initiative titled “Positions of Purpose”, aimed at recruiting senior leaders in child protection, education, and governance – extending its mission to drive social impact through purpose-led leadership.
The new campaign introduces three key global roles:
- Global Director, Family-Based Care in Child Protection
- Global Director, Education Policy and Systems Strengthening
- Global Director, Impact Governance and Public Policy
Through this initiative, inDrive seeks to integrate social justice leadership into its organizational framework, placing purpose-driven impact on equal footing with business growth and innovation. Operating across nearly 1,000 cities in 48 countries, the company is reinforcing its commitment to challenge systemic inequities while pursuing its goal of positively impacting one billion lives by 2030.

inDrive’s existing impact team – comprising over 70 professionals – currently runs eight in-house programs across education, sports, women’s entrepreneurship, driver empowerment, and environmental health. The new campaign underscores the company’s intent to scale its social initiatives alongside business expansion.
The “Positions of Purpose” label will mark all impact-oriented openings on inDrive’s career portal. The company is inviting applicants from both corporate and non-profit backgrounds, offering competitive compensation and remote work flexibility.
