MARS Cosmetics has appointed Anshu Arora Sindhwani as Head of Product to drive innovation and category growth. With over 15 years of experience in beauty and FMCG, she has held key roles at AkzoNobel, Colorbar, Mary Kay, and Win-Medicare. At MARS, she will lead product strategy, development, and innovation architecture to build a strong pipeline of creative, high-performance, and accessible makeup. Sindhwani said she looks forward to shaping MARS’ vision of “Makeup for Everyone” through bold, inclusive, and consumer-driven innovations.
