Paytm (One97 Communications Limited), India’s leading payments and financial services company, has launched Paytm Checkin, a new AI-driven travel booking app designed to make trip planning seamless and conversational.
The platform enables users to interact with an AI assistant that helps plan trips, suggest destinations, personalise itineraries, and manage bookings across flights, trains, buses, and metro services – all through simple chat-based interactions. Currently in beta, the assistant continues to learn and improve based on user feedback.
Paytm Checkin offers zero convenience fees, free flight cancellations for ₹99, and a Travel Pass priced at ₹249 for extra savings. Additional features include Paytm Assured for Buses (timely refunds) and Ticket Assure for Trains(confirmed seat support).
The app also features real-time flight tracking, transparent pricing, and a minimal interface for faster checkout.
