Publicis Media India has launched Spark Foundry India, a new full-funnel media agency built on an AI- and data-led model to seamlessly integrate brand building, performance, and commerce. Niti Kumar, formerly Chief Growth Officer, has been appointed CEO and will steer the agency’s growth and future-focused positioning. As part of the leadership reshuffle, Ravi Bhaya becomes Chief Growth Officer for Publicis Media India, while Jai Lala and Rathi Gangappa continue to lead Zenith and Starcom with expanded mandates under Publicis Connected Media. The strengthened leadership team, reporting to Lalatendu Das, aims to accelerate innovation, deepen client partnerships, and bolster Publicis Media’s momentum in India’s evolving media landscape.
