Thomas Cook (India) Limited has unveiled TACY, an AI-powered digital avatar designed to serve as both the brand’s ambassador and a personalised travel assistant. The launch marks a significant step in the company’s digital-first strategy, bringing generative AI into the heart of customer engagement and holiday planning.

TACY is the personified interface of Thomas Cook India’s GenAI chatbot and is now live on www.thomascook.in. Built to offer real-time guidance, destination insights and trip planning support, the digital avatar aims to make the travel discovery process more interactive, intuitive and personalised for customers.

The debut of TACY coincides with the early launch of Thomas Cook India’s Europe Summer 2026 portfolio. The programme includes over 1,000 guaranteed departures, more than 15 value-focused holiday options and curated itineraries across Western and Eastern Europe, the Mediterranean and Scandinavia. These offerings cater to a wide range of travellers, from families and couples to group holidaymakers.

To support the rollout, Thomas Cook India has developed a series of AI-generated videos featuring TACY, highlighting destinations, product USPs and travel planning tips. The brand is also blending traditional and digital media by integrating QR codes into offline touchpoints, enabling customers to access videos and itineraries instantly.
