JioSaavn has launched Replay 2025, its annual, data-led recap that offers users a personalised snapshot of their listening behaviour while mapping broader audio consumption trends across India. Based on streaming data from January to mid-November 2025, the feature is available directly on users’ JioSaavn homepages.
Insights from Replay 2025 underline India’s continued preference for diverse and regionally rooted content. Hindi, Telugu, Punjabi, Tamil and English emerged as the most-streamed languages, reflecting the platform’s multilingual user base. Peak listening hours were recorded between 8–10 a.m. and 5–7 p.m., coinciding with daily commute patterns.
Playback icons continued to dominate listener choices, with Arijit Singh, Alka Yagnik, Pritam Chakraborty, Udit Narayan and Shreya Ghoshal ranking among the top artists of the year. Regional engagement remained equally strong, led by Devi Sri Prasad (Telugu), Anirudh Ravichander (Tamil), Karan Aujla (Punjabi), The Weeknd (English) and S.P. Balasubrahmanyam (Kannada), highlighting a blend of legacy voices, contemporary stars and global influences.
The most-streamed songs nationally included Saiyaara, Sahiba, Bujji Thalli, Barbaad and Apna Bana Le, while regional favourites ranged from Vazhithunaiye (Tamil) and Ranu Bombai ki Ranu (Telugu) to Wavy (Punjabi), Die With a Smile(English) and Paravashanadenu (Kannada).
Podcast consumption also gained momentum, with popular titles such as Shri Krishna Amritvani, Krishna – The Supreme Soul, Yakshini, Dhadkane Meri Sun and Shiv Puran, spanning devotional, fiction and reflective genres.
JioTunes followed similar cultural patterns, with Tum Hi Ho, Ram Siya Ram and Saiyaara among the top selections. Overall, Replay 2025 reinforces JioSaavn’s focus on personalisation and data-driven insights into India’s evolving audio landscape.
