Global influencer marketing firm YKONE has consolidated its operations with Paris-based creative production house Mirror Mirror and Indian influencer agency BarCode to form a new integrated group named ONE. BarCode, which was acquired by YKONE in 2024, will now function within the unified structure, marking a significant step in building an end-to-end marketing and creative ecosystem.

The newly formed ONE group brings together influencer strategy, creative production, events and technology under a single umbrella. With over 400 employees across 20 cities worldwide, the network combines YKONE’s global influencer expertise, BarCode’s deep-rooted understanding of the Indian market, and Mirror Mirror’s high-end creative and production capabilities. The merger is positioned to address growing client demand for integrated solutions rather than fragmented agency services.

In India, the integration is expected to significantly expand offerings across influencer marketing, creative direction and experiential production, with a strong focus on luxury and premium brands seeking culturally nuanced yet globally consistent storytelling.

Olivier Billon, founder of the YKONE Group, described the launch of ONE as a strategic evolution of the company’s long-term vision. He emphasised India’s importance as a growth market and highlighted how Mirror Mirror’s creative and production talent strengthens the group’s ability to deliver elevated brand experiences.

Juliette Lambert, founder of Mirror Mirror, noted that joining ONE represents a key milestone, aligning with the belief that influencer strategy, production and events must work together to serve brands effectively on a global scale.

Rahul Khanna, founder of BarCode and a senior leader at YKONE, added that the merger enables the group to move beyond conventional influencer campaigns and craft comprehensive, culturally resonant brand narratives through world-class creative and experiential work.

Operating across influencer marketing, creative production, talent management and data-driven platforms such as Campaygn and Bold, ONE positions itself as a future-ready alternative to traditional, siloed agency models.
