PHD Secures Global Media Mandate for Mandai Wildlife Group Across Key Asia-Pacific Markets

Omnicom Media Group agency PHD has been appointed as the global media agency of record for Mandai Wildlife Group, following a competitive review process. The mandate spans multiple key markets, including Singapore, Australia, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Japan, and South Korea, and will be centrally managed from Singapore.

Effective January 2026, PHD will be responsible for Mandai Wildlife Group’s end-to-end media operations. This includes integrated media strategy, planning, buying, activation, and performance optimization across all paid media channels. The partnership aims to strengthen Mandai’s presence across diverse markets while ensuring consistency in global strategy and relevance in local execution.

According to PHD, the win was driven by the agency’s deep understanding of Mandai’s visitor ecosystem, its robust data frameworks, and its ability to balance global thinking with market-specific insights. Central to the approach is PHD’s AI-powered marketing intelligence platform, Omni, which will be used to deliver connected, data-driven media solutions tailored to Mandai’s business objectives.

Commenting on the appointment, Sumiati Hashim, managing director of PHD Singapore, said the partnership reflects Mandai’s trust in PHD’s data-led capabilities and innovative approach to media planning. She highlighted Omni’s role in enabling smarter decision-making and creating measurable impact across markets.

Belina Lee, deputy chief executive officer of Mandai Wildlife Group, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, noting that PHD’s strategic expertise, global cultural understanding, and media know-how align well with Mandai’s mission. The partnership is expected to amplify awareness of wildlife conservation while driving meaningful engagement and impact for both people and the planet.

This appointment further strengthens PHD’s portfolio of global “glocal” brands and reinforces its position as a leader in integrated, performance-driven media solutions.
