Netflix has elevated Rekha Rane to Director – Films and Series Marketing at Netflix India, marking a new chapter in her seven-year journey with the company. Previously heading Brand & Slate Marketing, she has led go-to-market strategies and IP creation for several marquee titles, including Guns and Gulaabs, Kaala Paani and The Great Indian Kapil Show. With prior experience at Amazon, Reliance Brands, Leo Burnett Group and Orange, Rane brings deep expertise across brand, content and integrated marketing to the role.
