First Economy has appointed Herat Panchal as chief growth officer, where he will lead integrated growth frameworks across brand, media, partnerships and performance. Panchal joins from JioStar and Viacom18, bringing extensive experience in revenue and digital entertainment, with earlier stints at GroupM, Radio Mirchi, iGATE Global Solutions and NOCIL. In his new role, he will focus on business expansion, revenue acceleration, partnerships and building commercial teams.
