Pernod Ricard India has elevated Namita Bharadwaj to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). She has been with the company for nearly four years and most recently served as Head – Total Rewards, Performance, Analytics and Digital Experience. Prior to joining Pernod Ricard India, Bharadwaj worked as Principal at Mercer Human Resource Consulting and earlier held roles at Vertex Data Science, People Factor, and Quark.
