Croma has appointed Piush Kothari as Chief Customer Experience Officer. He joins from JioHotstar, where he served as EVP and Head of Subscriptions (SVOD) and Media, and previously spent over five years at The Walt Disney Company, holding key roles at Disney+ Hotstar across product, growth, partnerships, and international expansion. Kothari also brings experience from Welspun Group, Aditya Birla Group, and Accenture Strategy, and will focus on enhancing end-to-end customer experience across Croma’s physical and online platforms.
