Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting has expanded its foods portfolio with the launch of Brahmins Xpress Mix, a ready-to-cook breakfast range designed for urban consumers seeking speed without compromising on traditional taste.
Introduced under its Brahmins label, the new range combines home-style flavours with quick preparation formats, enabling meals to be made in under 10 minutes. Products such as Poha and Upma can be prepared in as little as three minutes, while staples like Idli and Dosa mixes are designed for fast, hassle-free cooking.
The portfolio includes eight popular Indian breakfast options-Rice Idli, Rice Dosa, Rava Idli, Rava Dosa, Ragi Idli, Ragi Dosa, Upma, and Poha-catering to evolving consumer preferences for convenience, vegetarian choices, and clean-label ingredients. The range is preservative-free, contains no artificial additives, and highlights naturally occurring protein, reinforcing the brand’s focus on quality and transparency.
According to Anil Chugh, the launch reflects a balance between innovation and legacy, as the company adapts its trusted offerings to modern consumption patterns. Echoing this, Sunny Thomas noted that the range is tailored for younger consumers looking for quick, easy-to-integrate meal solutions.
Currently available across Karnataka and Kerala, as well as on Swiggy Instamart, the brand plans to expand into key urban markets including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, and Chennai, alongside broader e-commerce distribution.
