Marketing agency Insomniacs and communications consultancy YoUnique Communication have joined forces to launch YouBeYou, an integrated communications venture designed specifically for the real estate and infrastructure sector.

The new venture aims to address the growing demand among developers, infrastructure companies, and urban-focused brands for unified communication strategies that combine marketing, public relations, digital engagement, and stakeholder outreach under one umbrella.

YouBeYou brings together Insomniacs’ expertise in real estate marketing, digital campaigns, technology, content creation, and data analytics with YoUnique Communication’s strengths in public relations, media management, founder positioning, and brand storytelling.

According to the partners, the collaboration is intended to help brands navigate an increasingly competitive market where communication extends beyond traditional media to include digital platforms, influencers, and community engagement.

Commenting on the launch, Govind Rai, Co-founder and CEO of Insomniacs, said the partnership represents a natural evolution of the agency’s work in the real estate sector. He noted that clients are increasingly seeking communication solutions that integrate marketing, technology, and strategic public relations.

The venture will be led by Bhavya Trivedi, CEO of YouBeYou and Chief Business Officer at Insomniacs, alongside Sonali Desai, Director at YoUnique Communication.
