At-home beauty and wellness platform Yes Madam has entered the instant-services race, launching on-demand salon and spa bookings that promise a professional at your doorstep in under 30 minutes.
Spa services are live across all cities the platform operates in, while instant salon services – covering waxing, facials, massages, and grooming – have rolled out in select metro markets first, with wider expansion planned in phases.
The numbers suggest early traction: over 30,000 instant bookings completed within the first month of launch, against a base of 3.5 lakh monthly bookings across the platform overall. To make the sub-30-minute promise work, Yes Madam has upgraded its backend to match customers with nearby professionals in real time, factoring in location, availability, and service expertise.
The launch slots neatly into a broader shift – food delivery, mobility, and grocery have already trained consumers to expect near-instant fulfilment, and beauty and wellness is now catching up.
Co-founder and CEO Aditya Arya framed it as continuity, not pivot: “Yes Madam has consistently been a disruptor in the at-home beauty and wellness industry. We introduced mono-dose kits to improve hygiene and brought greater pricing transparency… We believe convenience is becoming a vital expectation across different services, and beauty and wellness should be no different.”
The company says further investment in technology and operations is planned to push fulfilment times down even more as instant services scale to new markets.
