Mobavenue AI Tech Posts Strong Q1 FY27, Revenue Jumps 56.9% to Rs 728 Mn

Mobavenue AI Tech Ltd has reported a robust Q1 FY27, with revenue climbing 56.9% year-on-year to Rs 728 million. EBITDA rose 77% to Rs 154 million, taking the margin to 21.2%, while profit after tax nearly doubled to Rs 117 million, translating to a 16.1% PAT margin, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

The company attributed the growth to rising demand from direct advertisers across quick commerce, BFSI, fintech and retail, alongside expanding business from global clients via its reseller and agency network. Direct clients made up 65.2% of revenue, while international markets grew to 20.7%, up sharply from 11.5% in FY2026.

The quarter also saw major product and geographic expansion. Mobavenue launched the Mobavenue Neural Engine, an AI layer set to be embedded across its adtech and consumer growth stack, along with PiiX (πX), a new offering for Apple Ads. The company also opened new offices in the United States and Singapore, signalling a push toward AI-native platform infrastructure for outcome-driven growth.

Ishank Joshi, Founder, MD & CEO, Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, called the Neural Engine launch a key milestone, noting it will strengthen real-time decisioning, predictive modelling and outcome optimisation. He added that the quarter also marked the unveiling of the company’s new brand identity and logo.

The company delivered 14.16 million consumer outcomes during the quarter, up 57.3% year-on-year, with revenue per outcome rising 11% to Rs 49.94.

Q1 FY27 and Q1 FY26 figures are unaudited and consolidated, while Q4 FY26 numbers are derived from audited annual results.
