Blenders International (BIPL) and John Distilleries have partnered to launch Paul John Luxury Blended Water, a non-alcoholic product made to accompany artisanal beverages and premium pours. It enters India’s premium mixer segment with a formulation designed to complement the aroma, flavour and mouthfeel of fine drinks. The water is non-carbonated and has no alcohol, sugar or calories. It is meant to be enjoyed alongside alcoholic beverages, not used in their making.
Developed under BIPL’s Plezure platform, the product uses a calibrated, patent-applied mineral formulation. The company says it evaluated 47 formulations and multiple water sources before finalising Plezure Batch 01. BIPL is the authorised manufacturing partner, and its process includes natural source water extraction, multi-stage filtration, double reverse osmosis purification, ultraviolet treatment, ozone sterilisation and automated bottling.
The partnership combines John Distilleries’ Paul John brand with BIPL’s Plezure platform to create a premium water accompaniment for India’s mixer and hospitality markets. It is aimed at fine-dining restaurants, luxury hotels, hospitality suites, private gatherings and premium corporate gifting.
