Veteran journalist Deepti Sachdeva is rejoining NDTV to anchor a new prime-time program ‘Newsnight,’ scheduled to premiere Monday, March 24th at 10:00 PM. This marks her return to the network after six years with Times Now, where she most recently hosted ‘Nation Wants To Know.’
During her previous tenure at NDTV, Sachdeva built a reputation for incisive political reporting and hard-hitting interviews with government officials. Her journalism career spans nearly two decades, including coverage of multiple national elections and international summits.
Industry analysts view her appointment as part of NDTV’s broader strategy to revitalize its evening lineup and strengthen viewership following the network’s acquisition by the Adani Group in 2022.
