Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) has announced that Sanjay Khanna has taken additional charge as Chairman and Managing Director. Currently serving as Director (Refineries), Khanna brings over three decades of expertise in refinery operations and has previously led BPCL’s Kochi and Mumbai refineries. A chemical engineering graduate from NIT Tiruchirapalli and a postgraduate in Finance Management, he played a key role in commissioning BPCL’s first niche petrochemical project, PDPP. He also serves on the boards of Bharat Petro Resources and Ratnagiri Refinery & Petrochemicals, and chairs the Technical Committee for Petroleum Refineries under MoPNG. Raj Kumar Dubey, currently Director (HR), has also taken additional charge as Director (Marketing).
