The ABBY Awards 2026 has appointed Bianca Guimaraes as the jury chair for the STILL Digital category, reinforcing its focus on global creative excellence. The awards will take place during Goafest 2026, scheduled from May 20–22 in Goa.
Guimaraes is the founding partner and executive creative director at Mischief USA, an independent agency widely recognised across platforms like Ad Age, Adweek, Campaign US, and the Effies. The agency has also earned a reputation as one of the most effective independent agencies globally, according to WARC.
With a strong creative background, Guimaraes previously spent six years at BBDO New York, where she contributed to several globally acclaimed campaigns. Over the years, her work has received multiple international honours, including an Emmy, highlighting her impact on modern advertising and storytelling.
Her individual achievements further underscore her industry influence. She was named a Shots Rising Star in 2017 and recognised as a Next Creative Leader by The One Show in 2016-both acknowledgements of her emerging creative leadership early in her career.
Her appointment reflects ABBY Awards’ continued effort to bring diverse and internationally acclaimed voices into its jury panel. By onboarding leaders like Guimaraes, the festival aims to elevate judging standards and align Indian advertising more closely with global creative benchmarks.
As Goafest 2026 approaches, this move signals a stronger push toward recognising innovative digital storytelling, especially in categories that demand both visual impact and strategic thinking.
