New MarTech consulting arm aims to accelerate AI-first digital transformation for enterprises

Drawing on over a decade of experience working with Fortune 500 clients, dXfactor offers a structured framework that integrates AI, data, media, and design to drive measurable business growth. With this move, AGL strengthens its position as a trusted transformation partner for businesses navigating evolving customer expectations and rapid technological shifts.
To lead the initiative, AGL has appointed Varun Seth, Managing Partner, to head dXfactor. In this expanded role, Seth will focus on building the practice into a centre of excellence combining strategy, consumer insights, and technology enablement.
The practice will leverage AGL’s proprietary AI-powered tools and deep expertise to deliver end-to-end enterprise support – from go-to-market strategy and MarTech architecture design to media effectiveness, customer experience enhancement, and impact measurement frameworks.
