Adobe unveiled its agentic AI strategy at the Adobe Summit conference in Las Vegas, launching Agent Orchestrator within the Adobe Experience Platform. This new capability allows companies to deploy AI agents that engage with customers and support workflows across Adobe and third-party applications.
The company also introduced Brand Concierge, which evolves chatbots into personalized experiences using brand attributes and customer data. This multimodal tool supports text, voice, and image interactions to guide consumers from exploration to purchase.
Adobe announced 10 purpose-built AI agents for enterprises and expanded partnerships with major firms including Accenture, Microsoft, and AWS to drive customization across industries.
Despite these innovations, Adobe stock fell 2% to close at 391.37, continuing its downward trend. ADBE stock is down 12% year-to-date, with recent losses following their fiscal first quarter report that offered mixed guidance despite beating analyst estimates.
