Ageas Federal Life Insurance has rolled out a renewed brand identity and integrated communication campaign, marking an important step in the company’s transformation journey. The rebranding has been developed in collaboration with Glassbox, which led the brand and communications strategy, and Pollinate Labs, the globally recognised design firm responsible for the new visual and experience framework.

Deeply rooted in Indian cultural values-where responsibility is passed down through generations and promises are honoured through action-the refreshed identity places “promises” at the heart of the brand narrative. It reinforces Ageas Federal’s purpose of enabling Indian families to fulfil the commitments that matter most through dependable life protection.
As part of the Ageas Group, one of Europe’s leading insurance groups with a 200-year legacy, Ageas Federal draws strength from global expertise and governance. This is further complemented by Federal Bank’s extensive network and its century-long relationship of trust with Indian consumers. Together, these pillars shape a brand philosophy centred on long-term responsibility and human-centric protection.
The refreshed expression introduces a contemporary, digital-first identity anchored by the new brand articulation, “Har Wada Mumkin” (Promises made possible). The platform reflects the belief that with the right guidance and protection, every promise has the potential to be realised.
Jude Gomes, Managing Director & CEO, Ageas Federal Life Insurance, said the new identity mirrors the aspirations of a more digitally empowered India while staying true to the brand’s foundation of trust and clarity.
The integrated campaign spans film, digital, out-of-home, on-ground activations and social media, ensuring consistent storytelling across touchpoints. With this transformation, Ageas Federal aims to connect more meaningfully with younger, progressive audiences while remaining anchored to its enduring purpose of helping Indians keep their promises.
