Airbnb has rolled out a new campaign film featuring Orhan Awatramani (Orry) and film producer Boney Kapoor, using a light, humorous narrative set in Goa to reinforce the platform’s message around seamless, host-driven travel experiences. The reel, released on Orry’s Instagram in collaboration with Kapoor and Airbnb, opens with Kapoor arriving in Goa for what he believes is a family getaway-only to realise that his family won’t be joining him.
The story captures his initial hesitation about navigating the holiday alone, before Orry steps in with the reassurance to “Trust the Host.” The film then moves through moments that highlight how the host arranges meals, housekeeping, caretaking, wellness sessions and leisure activities, presenting the stay as smooth, personalised and low-effort. What begins as a moment of anxiety evolves into an easy, enjoyable vacation, all guided by the host’s involvement.
The campaign builds on Airbnb’s belief that hosts are central to creating comfortable, memorable stays-particularly as more Indian travellers seek slow, experience-led holidays. Airbnb continues to deepen its presence in Goa, including its recent partnership with the Goa Tourism Department to introduce The Goa Unseen Guidebook, a curated collection of lesser-known destinations and local recommendations.
