Bharti Airtel has announced the launch of Airtel Cartoon Network Classics, a new exclusive value-added service on Airtel Digital TV, created in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery. The channel is designed as a nostalgic yet family-friendly destination, bringing together some of the most celebrated animated shows that shaped childhoods across the ’90s and 2000s.
The newly launched channel features an evergreen lineup including Tom and Jerry, The Flintstones, Looney Tunes, Scooby-Doo, Johnny Bravo, and several other iconic Cartoon Network titles. Carefully curated for viewers who grew up watching these classics, the channel also offers families an opportunity to introduce younger audiences to the animated stories that continue to hold cultural relevance even today.
Commenting on the launch, Pushpinder Singh Gujral, DTH Business Head at Airtel, shared that the new service adds a distinctive entertainment layer to Airtel’s growing content portfolio. He noted that the initiative aims to reconnect viewers with beloved characters while delivering uninterrupted, high-quality viewing experiences across platforms.
Priced at ₹59 per month, Airtel Cartoon Network Classics is available on Channel 445 in both English and Hindi. The ad-free channel can be accessed on connected devices such as Xstream and IPTV, as well as non-connected HD and SD set-top boxes, ensuring seamless viewing without additional equipment.
