Ambalika Sen has joined two-year-old ad agency Fundamental as Managing Partner. Previously Senior Vice-President – Business at Tilt Brand Solutions, Sen brings over a decade of experience and long-standing ties with Fundamental’s founding team. Founder & CCO Pallavi Chakravarti praised Sen’s leadership and deep industry insight, calling her appointment a step toward qualitative growth. Sen expressed excitement about co-building with a team she shares both history and ambition with, calling it a natural next move in her career.
