AnyMind Group, a leading BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) company specializing in marketing, e-commerce, and digital transformation, has announced the full acquisition of AnyReach, a prominent Japan-based e-gifting company. The acquisition was made through AnyMind’s wholly-owned subsidiary, AnyMind Japan Inc. Notably, AnyReach will continue to operate under its original brand name post-acquisition.
This strategic acquisition marks AnyMind Group’s 10th overall and fifth acquisition in Japan, reinforcing the company’s commitment to scaling its technology stack and global footprint. Since its inception in 2016, AnyMind has expanded to 15 markets, using mergers and acquisitions as key growth drivers.
AnyReach’s flagship product, AnyGift, enables e-gifting without needing a recipient’s address, allowing consumers to send physical or redeemable gifts via integrated e-commerce checkouts. The platform is already trusted by over 700 companies in Japan.
The integration with AnyMind will strengthen its e-commerce and digital gifting capabilities by combining AnyGift with AnyMind’s e-commerce platform AnyX and influencer marketing tool AnyTag. This will offer a unified and enhanced solution for enterprise e-commerce strategies.
With a strong presence in Southeast Asia, AnyMind will also support global expansion of AnyGift, bringing Japanese innovation to international markets.
Kosuke Nakajima, CEO of AnyReach, will join the AnyMind leadership team to help drive this unified strategy.
According to Kosuke Sogo, CEO of AnyMind Group, the acquisition will deliver innovative customer experiences and new value to e-commerce businesses globally.
