Asha Sharma has been named Executive Vice President and CEO of Microsoft Gaming, reporting to Satya Nadella, as the company ushers in a new leadership phase following Phil Spencer’s retirement decision. Formerly COO at Instacart and a Vice President at Meta, Sharma brings strong consumer and product leadership to the role, while Matt Booty steps in as EVP and Chief Content Officer reporting to her.
