Ashish Rai has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of JSW Paints’ decorative paints division, effective July 2025. Formerly the Chief Business Officer – Decorative Paints, Rai now leads the vertical with full P&L responsibility. With over 20 years of experience across consumer goods, digital transformation, and B2B commerce, he joined JSW Paints in 2024 after an 18-year stint at Unilever in global leadership roles. He has also worked at Infosys, Colgate-Palmolive, and served as Managing Director at Unilever Nepal.
