Beatit Entertainment has been appointed by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to manage match-day entertainment for the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2025 and the IPL playoff match in New Chandigarh. The mandate encompasses planning and executing in-stadium entertainment, including immersive light and sound shows, synchronized fireworks, and innovative virtual reality-based fan engagement experiences.
In addition, Beatit Entertainment has been named the venue operations and entertainment management partner for the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) at the Dharamshala Cricket Stadium. The partnership covers hospitality operations, stadium aesthetics, match-day entertainment programming, branding and overlays, as well as coordinated lighting and fireworks displays.
At Dharamshala, the company redesigned hospitality zones with differentiated themes across corporate boxes, VVIP enclosures, and the clubhouse. The revamp included buffet layouts, bar installations, decorative elements, and visual identities across premium areas. Branding and visual installations were extended to concourses and spectator zones to create a cohesive match-day environment.
Following feedback from a previous fixture in Mohali, HPCA requested an enhanced mid-innings entertainment format. Beatit responded with a synchronised spectacle of fireworks, laser lighting, and stadium-wide illumination during the mid-innings break, adding a vibrant touch to the spectator experience.
