The #StoriesPerSqFt campaign draws creative parallels between memorable moments at Chinnaswamy Stadium and experiences in Birla Estates homes.
This marks Birla Estates’ fourth consecutive year partnering with Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), now elevated to Principal Sponsor status with prominent jersey placement. The McCann-created campaign includes three digital videos that highlight how every square foot holds significance, whether on the cricket field or at home.
One creative execution captures the emotional journey from feeling “mortal in 15 sq. ft.” to “superhuman in 5 sq. ft.” during a gravity-defying catch, concluding with the tagline “Homes where every sq. ft. tells a story.”
