Global audio leader Bose Corporation has deepened its relationship with Indian smart wearables manufacturer Noise through a $20 million (approximately ₹173 crore) investment. This marks Bose’s second investment in the company, following its initial $10 million funding in December 2023 that valued Noise at $420 million.
Noise Co-Founder Amit Khatri announced the development on LinkedIn in a post titled “A New Chapter Begins for Noise,” emphasizing that the partnership extends beyond financial backing.
“This isn’t just about funding—it’s about building value, scale, and experiences that truly resonate with the next generation of consumers,” Khatri wrote. “We’re incredibly grateful for Bose’s continued trust—and even more excited about what we’re building next.”
The American audio giant’s reinforced commitment to Noise signals growing international interest in India’s rapidly expanding wearables market. While the current valuation following this investment round remains undisclosed, the partnership positions Noise to accelerate product development and market expansion.
Industry analysts view this follow-on investment as validation of Noise’s business model and growth trajectory in the competitive wearables sector. The collaboration potentially gives Noise access to Bose’s audio engineering expertise while providing Bose with stronger positioning in India’s high-growth consumer technology market.
