Featuring AI-powered Chef Pooja Dhingra, powered by Google Gemini and ElevenLabs
Britannia Bourbon is back with a delicious twist as it launches BourbonIT Challenge 2.0-a fun, voice-powered, multilingual recipe experience designed to inspire creativity in kitchens across India.
Developed in partnership with WPP Media, this edition introduces an AI-driven platform powered by Google Gemini for recipe and image generation, and ElevenLabs for Chef Pooja Dhingra’s AI voice avatar. Users can scan the Bourbon pack or QR code to access the platform in seven Indian languages – Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, and Kannada. By simply speaking their recipe ideas, users receive instant, structured recipes with ingredient lists and guided steps, making cooking more interactive and accessible.
Returning as Britannia Bourbon’s Chief Tasting Officer, Chef Pooja Dhingra appears in a digital avatar, offering users a friendly, conversational cooking experience that feels like chatting with her in their own kitchen. Every participant receives a personalised recipe certificate signed by Dhingra, and can upload photos of their Bourbon creations for a chance to win prizes including an iPhone or a trip to Switzerland.
Siddharth Gupta, GM – Marketing, Britannia Industries, said, “Season 1 saw over 28,000 recipes from across India. With BourbonIT 2.0, we’re making creativity more inclusive with voice and regional languages while keeping our signature chocolate experience at the centre.”
Chef Pooja Dhingra added, “Now you can talk to my AI avatar, share your ideas, and we’ll give your recipes a Bourbon twist- it’s simple, friendly, and fun.”
Amin Lakhani, President – Client Solutions, WPP Media South Asia, said, “This is where AI meets India’s love for food, blending data, technology, and storytelling to create a new kind of brand engagement.”
