CARS24 CEO Himanshu Ratnoo is set to step down from his role leading the company’s India used-cars business after nearly six years with the firm, according to media reports. Ratnoo joined the SoftBank-backed platform in 2020 as vice president and was elevated to CEO of the India used-cars vertical in 2024, a segment that contributes more than half of the Gurugram-based company’s business. Prior to this, he held strategy, investor relations, and SME leadership roles at logistics technology platform BlackBuck.
