Channel Factory has introduced Channel Factory Intelligence, a fully integrated AI suite designed to improve advertising performance, brand suitability, and contextual precision across digital video platforms. The launch includes two flagship tools: the Media Intelligence Hub and the Chatbot Assistant-both aimed at maximising return on ad spend and improving campaign visibility.

The AI suite is powered by proprietary machine learning models developed over several years. Unlike many current tools that sacrifice control for automation, Channel Factory Intelligence offers detailed, real-time campaign insights while maintaining transparency and advertiser control.

The Media Intelligence Hub serves as a centralised reporting dashboard, consolidating campaign data across platforms. It offers insights into media cost, performance, delivery, and budget tracking. Features like trend forecasting, automated reporting, and optimisation suggestions help reduce inefficiencies and media waste. Advertisers can compare planned vs actual spend and fine-tune strategies in real time.

The Chatbot Assistant, built into Channel Factory’s ActivateIQ platform, acts as a virtual data analyst.
