Coca-Cola has announced that Henrique Braun, currently the company’s executive vice president and COO, will take over as CEO on 31 March 2026, succeeding James Quincey after his nine-year tenure. Braun, a 29-year Coca-Cola veteran with leadership experience across global markets, will also be nominated to the board at the 2026 annual meeting. Quincey will transition to executive chairman, continuing to play an active role in the company.
