Dabur India Limited has elevated Mohit Malhotra to Global CEO, effective February 17, marking a move to sharpen the company’s global focus. A Dabur veteran since joining as a management trainee in 1994, Malhotra has held multiple leadership roles across India and international markets, including CEO of Dabur International, and has been instrumental in expanding the company’s footprint to over 100 countries. Meanwhile, Herjit S. Bhalla will take over as CEO – India Business from April 15, 2026.
