The film features recipients of the Rashtriya Bal Puraskar and brings to light incidents where children responded instinctively to emergencies. These include situations such as preventing a gas cylinder fire from spreading and rescuing people from drowning-acts carried out without formal training or preparation.
Narrated by the children themselves, the film adopts a restrained and honest storytelling approach. Rather than presenting their actions as heroic feats, the children describe their experiences simply, recalling how they stepped in when someone needed immediate help. The narrative avoids dramatization, focusing instead on instinctive decision-making driven by empathy and responsibility.
The film also draws attention to the Rashtriya Bal Puraskar as a platform that recognises such spontaneous acts of bravery-where children act based on values rather than anticipation of recognition. By doing so, it underlines how courage can surface naturally in everyday situations.
Commenting on the initiative, Prashant Agarwal, Head of Marketing – Oral Care at Dabur India, said that true courage often emerges quietly in moments when values override fear. He added that the film aims to honour children who acted selflessly, reflecting the brand’s belief in courage, compassion, and responsibility towards others.
Released digitally around Republic Day, the campaign takes a reflective approach to patriotism, shifting focus from symbolic celebrations to the everyday bravery shown by India’s youngest citizens.
