Debasree Dasgupta will take over as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Global Business Development at Pernod Ricard India from November 1, succeeding Kartik Mohindra, who moves to William Grant & Sons as Managing Director, India. Currently Global VP for Absolut, Dasgupta has held senior marketing roles at PepsiCo, Reckitt, and Unilever. She will relocate to India in February 2026 to fully assume her responsibilities. Her appointment signals Pernod Ricard’s focus on blending global expertise with local execution, with expectations of driving premiumisation, innovation, and fresh momentum for the India business.
