Dharma Productions has acquired Cornerstone’s stake in Dharma Cornerstone Agency and relaunched the venture under a new name-Dharma Collab Artists Agency (DCAA). With this move, the production house strengthens its presence in talent representation, expanding its focus beyond films to include music, sports, digital media and live entertainment.
The rebranded agency will function as Dharma’s exclusive platform for artist management, aligning with the company’s broader vision of building a multi-disciplinary cultural ecosystem. Leadership continuity remains a priority, with Uday Singh Gauri continuing as CEO and Rajeev Masand retaining his role as COO. Gauri, who brings over two decades of experience across talent management, music, entertainment and strategic partnerships, will lead the development of new verticals and cross-platform collaborations.
The acquisition and relaunch reflect Dharma’s evolving ambition to move beyond being a film-centric studio. Instead, the company aims to play a more expansive role in shaping creative careers across formats and industries.
Commenting on the development, Apoorva Mehta, CEO of Dharma Productions, said that talent has always been central to Dharma’s identity and future vision. He noted that DCAA represents a structured, long-term investment in supporting artists across disciplines and deepening Dharma’s engagement with the creative economy.
Uday Singh Gauri added that DCAA is being built to mirror the way artists work and grow today, where representation extends beyond negotiations to include cultural insight, business acumen and industry foresight. The agency, he said, will focus on nurturing sustainable, multi-format careers while creating meaningful connections between talent and opportunity.
DCAA will continue to manage a diverse roster spanning film, music and digital talent. Its clients include Janhvi Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Sara Ali Khan, Disha Patani, Rasha Thadani, Aditya Roy Kapur, Harshvardhan Rane, Lakshya, Rohit Saraf, Neeti Mohan, Jonita Gandhi, Orry, Sumukhi Suresh, Anahita Shroff, Kareema Barry and Erika Packard.
