Global flavours adapted for Indian taste now available across metro cities
Doritos®, the iconic nacho chip brand from PepsiCo, has launched two globally popular variants – Cool Ranch and Jalapeño Salsa Mexicana – in the Indian market. This move caters to India’s growing demand for bold, internationally inspired snacks while reinforcing Doritos’ commitment to flavour innovation.
Building on the success of Indian favourites like Nacho Cheese, Masala Mayhem, and Sweet Chili, the brand is expanding its portfolio to offer more adventurous options. Cool Ranch delivers a creamy, herb-forward tang, while Jalapeño Salsa Mexicana brings a spicy chilli kick – both tailored for the Indian palate while retaining the classic Doritos crunch.
To support the launch, Doritos has released a series of quirky digital films. The films open with a dramatic, cinematic montage of the chip-making process but are humorously interrupted by a hungry fan who breaks the fourth wall, grabs a pack, and escapes – reinforcing the irresistible nature of the new flavours. The films are now live on Instagram and other digital platforms.
