DS Group Hits ₹10,000 Cr Revenue in FY25, Eyes Doubling by Centenary

The Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group), a leading Indian FMCG conglomerate, has achieved a significant milestone by surpassing ₹10,000 crore in revenue for FY 2024-25. This growth has been driven primarily by its Food & Beverage (F&B) segment, which contributes 42% to overall revenue, followed by the mouth freshener segment at 38%. Tobacco, once a major contributor, now accounts for less than 10% of total revenue. The Group has seen a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 16% over the last three years, with the F&B segment growing at a robust 19% CAGR.

Rajiv Kumar, Vice Chairman of DS Group, described the revenue milestone as a testament to the company’s pivotal role in India’s evolving growth story. He emphasized the Group’s strong distribution network—over 150 super stockists and 5,000 distributors serving 15 lakh retail outlets directly—and its commitment to quality, innovation, and technology, including AI and automation.

Kumar added that the company aims to reach ₹20,000 crore in revenue by its 100th year, supported by a pipeline of innovative products and plans for global expansion. He also highlighted the Group’s growing focus on sustainability and CSR, noting its pursuit of carbon and water neutrality, green manufacturing, and a strengthened ESG framework.

DS Group’s integrated approach to business, combining profit with purpose, positions it as a key force in shaping the future of India’s FMCG landscape, while contributing meaningfully to people, profit, and the planet.
